Anatomy and Physiology students in Mrs. Johnston’s Biomed class trying to maintain homeostasis. Homeostasis is the process by which living organisms maintain a stable internal environment despite changes in the external environment. It involves regulating variables like body temperature, pH, and nutrient concentrations to ensure optimal functioning. Essentially, it's the ability of an organism to maintain a stable internal equilibrium.

RRTC’s Pre-Engineering students on the first day of school did a design challenge called Ducks and Dinosaurs Race. They had to construct a raft of some sort, 2 inches above the ground using constraints given and just materials provided. The object was to have them ride safely down and see who could make it the farthest with the most amount of Ducks or Dinosaurs to get the most points!
