The Rotary Club of Duncan presented two scholarships to Practical Nursing students Thursday. Representatives of the Rotary Club are Reggie Pennypacker and Jonathan Jeffrey. The recipients are José Garza and Robin Anderson. This scholarship will assist in paying for testing fees for nursing licensure and any other professional needs as these students begin their nursing careers.
