BITE Students Place at State BPA Contest

Several Red River Technology Center Business students recently placed in contests at the State Business Professionals of America (BPA) conference. Students placing first will have the opportunity to compete at the National BPA Conference in Dallas, Texas, this summer.

Annette Sanchez – Adult – Second in Advanced Word Processing; Third in Basic Office Systems and Procedures; and Sixth in Medical Office Procedures

Toyah Barton – Adult – First in Intermediate Word Processing; First in Medical Office Procedures; and Fifth in Basic Office Systems and Procedures

Caitlynn Hill – Comanche High School – Second in Basic Office Systems and Procedures; and Fourth in Advanced Spreadsheet Applications

Naomi Burden – Adult – Fourth in College Accounting

Kaylynn Self – Ryan High School – Seventh in Advanced Spreadsheet Applications

Randi Linton – Ryan High School – Second in Fundamental Accounting

Hannah Case – Duncan High School – Third in Advanced Accounting; and Fifth in Payroll Accounting

Heather Pitcock – Adult – Third in Advanced Office Systems and Procedures; Fourth in Intermediate Word Processing; and Seventh in Fundamental Spreadsheet Applications

Kaitlin Hillin – Adult – Third in Fundamental Spreadsheet Applications; Fifth in Database Applications; and Seventh in Fundamental Spreadsheet Applications
